Inspire Nutrition whole-heartedly believes in the power of nutrition as preventative medicine. We believe that health and well-being extend beyond traditional medical treatment and typical gym or weight loss programs.
It is essential to establish behavioral strategies to secure success with any therapeutic lifestyle program. We also believe weight and health management is based upon skill acquisition. It is necessary to practice these skills repeatedly for behaviors to become automatic and permanent.
In addition, each nutritional program incorporates pharmaceutical grade supplements that further fine tune all health, weight loss and athletic training programs based on individual need. This attention to detail aids in the achievement and success of each client.

The other program is the BLITZ Intense Weight Loss Program, a combination of both exercise and nutrition. Kristen will guide you in preventing, controlling or reversing your medical condition in a natural way. She takes an integrative approach to nutrition by combining cutting-edge medical nutrition therapies along with traditional, time-proven natural methods. During a consultation, Kristen investigates many aspects of a person’s lifestyle in addition to diet, including sleep patterns, daily schedule, job, medications/supplements, medical records & physical activity.

Cheryl Watkins, CHHC
Cheryl is a Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. Helping others live healthier lives through nutrition and fitness is her passion and goal. An athlete all of her life, early in her career, Cheryl channeled her athletic energy and competitiveness into business as a corporate account executive for Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP). Today, she channels that energy into Nutritional Coaching, which helps others find themselves and achieve their health and wellness desires. Through the concept of Bio-individuality, Cheryl charts a plan for each of her clients and guides them to achieve their goal. Whether that goal is weight-loss, better nutrition, strength-building or nutrition for endurance sports, she works to understand her clients’ needs and guides them through a dietary plan, life coaching and accountability.
As a wife and mother or two, Cheryl’s priority has always been the health and wellness of her family. When her husband was diagnosed with advanced stage cancer in 2007, Cheryl left the corporate world, rearranged her priorities and changed her life in order to be a more-present mother and wife.
Following this life-altering experience, Cheryl returned to school to pursue a career in nutritional counseling. She understands firsthand the role that healthy eating and regular exercise play in the overall happiness and success of our daily lives. Much of Cheryl’s training includes the psychology of why people eat the way they do and how to help them implement change to live healthier lives.
Cheryl is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, NY and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor (CHHC). While studying at IIN Cheryl began an internship at Inspire Nutrition, Inc. She later entered into a partnership with Kristen Zetterberg, Founder, Inspire Nutrition. Cheryl’s BA degree is in Communications/Public Relations and her graduate studies are in Marketing/Business Administration.
Cheryl conducts one-on-one Nutritional Coaching and Life Coaching with clients. She is trained in and conducts Inspire Nutrition’s two weight management programs: “Whole Body Health” 10 Week Behavioral Weight Loss Class and the 8 Week “BLITZ” program.
